Gerard Morris has 30 years of experience in government relations, communications and marketing at the national, regional and state levels.  He was a senior public policy advisor and communications director to the Governor of Massachusetts from 1980 through 1983.  Morris also served as a press secretary to U.S. Senator John Glenn’s 1984 presidential campaign.  Morris holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a B.A. in journalism from California State University at Northridge.

Allison Crowley DeMag brings to the firm 14 years of experience working the Vermont State House.  She has successfully represented and promoted client interests in major public policy debates including clean air initiatives, mercury labeling, pharmaceutical price controls and regulation of health care professionals, among others.  DeMag is a native of Vermont, a 1986 graduate of Champlain College and the 2005 recipient of the Robert A. Skiff Alumni Leadership award.  She also worked for many years as a licensed life and health insurance agent in Vermont.

Ms. Rebecca McCarty joined the firm in December, 2004.  Prior to that, she was the Deputy Field Director of the 2004 Democratic House Campaign.  A Vermont native and a University of Vermont graduate, McCarty in her first legislative session successfully secured passage of legislation which dramatically enhanced a client’s sales potential in Vermont and improved the public safety for the state’s residences and businesses.  She has cultivated an extensive knowledge of public higher education in Vermont, as well as the public safety, energy and hospitality industries.
